From our custom fabrication shop to installation at your facility, Seer Mechanical is equipped to provide the custom fabrication that best meets your needs. Speer Mechanical demonstrates unparalleled expertise in solving your product fabrication challenges and utilizes decades of experience and expertise to design and manufacture your custom equipment.

Our facility features comprehensive metalworking capabilities. We operate an Iowa Precision full coil line alongside two laser cutting systems: a Piranha laser cutter for lighter gauge materials (operating at speeds up to 3,200 inches per minute) and a Bystronic laser cutter capable of handling heavier materials up to 1-inch plate.

Our forming equipment includes a 100-ton Accurpress hydraulic brake, a 90-ton Chicago mechanical brake, and specialized box and pan brakes. For seaming operations, we utilize snaplock and Pittsburgh seaming machines, plus a TDC connector machine.

Additional equipment includes a heavy-duty 6-inch round roll set, a medium-duty 3-inch roll set, and a 60-ton Boschert punch press, among other specialized tools.

The tools at our disposal set us apart from any other mechanical contractor in the state. Whether its our state of the art sheet metal laser cutter, or our massive custom 6 coil processing machine, we are able to fabricate anything we need for your job in house.
