Project Description: Complete renovation of 183,367 SF high school and construction of a new 8,811 SF athletic complex.
Project Highlights: Speer Mechanical rose to the challenge as contractor for all HVAC and plumbing for the complete renovation of South High School, originally built in 1924 and considered eligible for the National Register of Historic Places. Speer Mechanical worked with all trades and preservation consultants on the project.
