Project Description: HVAC and plumbing for a multi-floor tenant finish, USGBC LEED Gold Certified.
Project Highlights: Speer Mechanical installed the HVAC, associated piping, and plumbing for floors 4-6, while maintaining close coordination with all other contractors to keep the project on time and on schedule. Speer Mechanical played an integral role in the construction of the green renovation of the building which set national standards for office building renovations and achieved LEED Gold Certification, a set of standards and requirements established by the United States Green Building Council.
