Project Description: HVAC portion of a major corporate renovation including sheet metal for ductwork and HVAC piping, and controls for 139,000 SF of existing office space, common areas, lower level athletic facilities, and garage area of Corporate Hill I for new general office space Worthington Industries.
Project Highlights: Speer Mechanical completed the entire project ahead of schedule through successful field management by the project foreman to drive the schedule for the other trades. The mechanical portion of the project included a new VAV distribution system with Teletrol controls. Speer Mechanical removed the AHUs from the rooftop while the roof was repaired and then reset four, new- and three, reused-units.
