  • Project Description: Easton Town Center was designed as a leisure center with emphasis on entertainment facilities, restaurants, and nightclubs. The structure is a two-level facility totalling 601,640 SF with two, multi-level parking structures.
  • Project Highlights: Speer Mechanical was responsible for HVAC, plumbing, and the building automation system for the core building and tenant finishes. Speer Mechanical furnished and installed all devices to make a complete building automation system for temperature control including tie-ins to the fire system, smoke evacuation, and building pressurization. In conjunction with AEP Communcations, who provided Datapult, a communications and energy management package, Speer Mechanical provided sub-metering of utilities. The project was driven by a demanding schedule with a requirement to complete the project in less than 12 months.
