Project Highlights: Speer Mechanical provided the plumbing and HVAC core and shell work. The building provides retail space on the first floor and offices on the second, third, and fourth floors. Upon completion, the Speer Mechanical Special Projects Division was contracted to finish the tenant space for J. Jill retail stores and WomanKind Medical Office Space.
